We can do full-service property management, including all financial/fiduciary transaction management, maintenance supervision and overseeing all aspects of your property, or we can just be “feet on the ground” in St. Thomas, if you are off island and just need a point of contact for your guests. We have multiple agents that are actively involved in property management. They know the ins and outs of all the regulations and licensing laws in the US Virgin Islands concerning vacation rentals, long term rentals and short-term rentals. We can guide you through the processes or just take care of it for you. Our fees are dependent on what we perform, based on our agreement. You are provided with a monthly report of all activity on your property and kept abreast concerning any repairs or issues that need to be addressed.
